4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in advance according to the pricing plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first paid class. After this period, refunds are prorated based on remaining classes.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Record or redistribute class content without permission
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website are the property of VividRussian School and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

VividRussian School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
